Private practice model — wRVU + partner distribution. Competitive salary: $370–570K (per Ben White jobs page May 2026 — 4-day work week). Signing bonus for full-time radiologists. 4-day work week for full-time. 8 weeks vacation. CME allowance, professional society memberships, profit-sharing, malpractice, disability, 401K, associate mentorship. Internal nighthawk team covers overnight call. Practice-provided home workstation for eligible evening/weekend shifts. Multiple subspecialty and IR positions available (Body, Breast, Neuro, IR, Swing). IR call: emergent angiography, dialysis access, biopsies, UFE, TIPS/BRTO, venous therapies.
