Based in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Largest full-service diagnostic and interventional radiology group in northeast Indiana. 80 radiologists across 26 hospitals and 40+ outpatient locations. Member of Strategic Radiology (joined 2023). Revenue cycle managed by Healthcare Administrative Partners (HAP) as of Dec 2025. UPDATE (Dec 2025): • Announced partnership with HAP (Health Alliance Plan) per ITN Online Dec 2025 — expands insurance coverage for patients in northeast Indiana. • Still listed as SR member as of Mar 2026.

Technical Component

Primarily PC/PSA. 30 hospitals and 25+ outpatient facilities across Indiana and Michigan. Dedicated IR outpatient clinic (interventional oncology, peripheral arterial, vertebroplasty). IR inpatient services at Lutheran Hospital and Dupont Hospital (Fort Wayne).
