Founded 1972. Based in Mount Vernon, WA (county seat of Skagit County). Joined Strategic Radiology Nov 2023 with 17 radiologists — SR's first foothold in Washington state at the time. Grown to 30+ by May 2026, nearly doubling in ~2.5 years. Covers 10+ hospitals and outpatient sites across northwest WA and Alaska (including Central Peninsula General Hospital, Soldotna AK and North Star Radiology, Fairbanks AK — unusual Alaska extension for a WA-based independent). Subspecialties: neuroradiology, MSK, breast, body, nuclear medicine, cardiovascular/IR. Operates Ambassador Services — one-call access to subspecialist radiologists. JV with Skagit Regional Health for a third outpatient center. NOTE: Distinct from Radia Inc.
