Unique assets: Only comprehensive breast center in Central MN; vein center; JV imaging center + JV MRI center with CentraCare. MSO arm provides billing services to other practices. Advanced PACS + tele-networking for subspecialized coverage across rural/regional hospitals. Survived COVID/post-COVID volume surge — "we have just been trying to survive" (Spoden, SR Hub Apr 2024).
