Employment

Private practice model — wRVU + partner distribution. Partnership track available as equal owner. Employee track also available (no call/weekends for employed position). Internal coverage of overnights by dedicated overnight radiologists — day rads not doing nights. Compensation: base salary $400K+ once shareholder, plus quarterly distributions + cash balance plan. Additional income from extra shifts if desired.

Hospital Partners

History

Based in Portland, OR. "Well-established, independent private group" per IndependentRadiology.com. Primary hospital: large tertiary care facility serving as regional cancer center and primary stroke center. ACR Breast Imaging Center of Excellence at all 3 breast imaging centers (rare designation for a private group). Epic EMR system at hospitals. 3T and 1.5T MRI, 64-slice CT, PET/CT, SPECT/CT. Internal nighthawk — dedicated overnight radiologists for hospital coverage. Partnership track = equal ownership; employed track = no nights/weekends. NOTE: RSN is distinct from Pacific Imaging Associates (PIA) — both are Portland-area independent groups serving different health systems. RSN covers tertiary care cancer/stroke center; PIA covers Legacy Health hospitals. Portland has at least 2 significant independent physician-owned groups.

Technical Component

Provides TC+PC at 2 imaging centers. PC professional services at 3 hospitals. TC through owned outpatient imaging centers (2 centers per job listing).
