Founded ~1985 (35+ years). Primary radiology provider for UC Health Memorial Hospital, Colorado Springs. 30+ fellowship-trained radiologists. Subspecialties: nearly all areas. NOTE: Colorado Springs has two major independent radiology groups — CSRPC (Penrose-St. Francis partner) and RIC (UC Health Memorial partner). This is an unusually competitive independent market for a city of 500K people and reflects historical UC Health vs. Penrose hospital competition.

Technical Component

Primarily PC/PSA serving UC Health Memorial Hospital. May have some outpatient imaging involvement.
