TC JV with HealthONE/HCA via Invision Sally Jobe (10 outpatient imaging centers). Merged Rocky Mountain Radiologists (RMR) Jan 2020, reaching 117+ radiologists. RIA Endovascular Clinic (IR) subsidiary operates office-based IR suite in Denver Tech Center (first in Denver metro). Professional services extended to KS, NE, OK, HI. Active in clinical research (cancer, interventional). Strong commitment to independence — merger with RMR explicitly premised on remaining "independent and physician-governed." UPDATE (2025): • No acquisition or PE transaction detected through May 2026. • Still independent physician-owned. Largest private practice radiology group in Colorado. • Invision Sally Jobe JV with HealthONE/HCA (10 outpatient centers in Denver metro) remains in place. • NOTE: A "Lumexa Imaging" marketing microsite (divrad.com/lumexa-imaging) markets a "partnership" of physician-owned groups including Diversified Radiology — RIA is NOT part of this Lumexa platform. Technical Component
