Private practice model — wRVU + partner distribution. Partnership-track or full-time employed position. Flexible schedule: both hybrid/onsite and 100% remote rotations. Salary: $375,000–$850,000 (highly competitive range per IndependentRadiology.com Nov 2025). Internal moonlighting opportunities for supplemental income. No state income tax advantage — NJ has state tax but NYC proximity premium. Commutable from NYC.

Primary hospital: Hackensack University Medical Center (#1 in NJ per US News & World Report). Also covers 2 additional hospitals. Multiple JV imaging centers with primary hospital system. "Outstanding reputation for high-quality care among patients and providers." "Stable group with very low turnover." Commutable from NYC. Not an SR member (not listed in any SR press releases or member rosters). NOTE: Not to be confused with URG (University Radiology Group, East Brunswick NJ) — HRG and URG are separate large NJ independent groups.
